Chapel of Grace

This Chapel was built with love by many. Volunteers all. It was designed and donated by The Stumpff Funeral Home and Crematory in memory of Doris Stumpff, a loving person of Bartlesville, taken in the prime of her life by an accident. The Chapel of Grace is provided as a service at no cost to families and friends of guests in The Journey Home. In addition, other visitors are always welcome when the Chapel is available.

Commemorative Bricks

A wonderful way to contribute is through our Commemorative Brick Program. Each brick will be printed with a message of your choice at a cost of $150. Eventually a commemorative brick path will surround each sidewalk of the Chapel. If you would like to support The Journey Home and purchase a brick, please contact us or order your brick online.

What We Do

Our purpose is to provide a “home” for individuals with 30 days or less life expectancy who have limited financial and caregiver resources. The patient’s hospice team will provide physical, spiritual, emotional, and medical support. We will provide a room and a qualified team of trained staff and volunteers at no cost.

The Journey Home is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, and all donations are tax deductible.
